Welcome to my antiquated web page. This webpage gets updated about once a year, as you can deduce for yourself by just looking at it, or comapring this lovely picture with more recent ones, or with how I actually look like. I do have a variety of other webpages, some public, some super-secret. To get more updated information, just ask me. Now back to our feature presentation...

Research interests

String Theory, M-Theory, Matrix Theory, AdS/CFT,...

Cosmology: inflation and alternatives, stringy scenarios, time dependence in string theory.

Quantum Field Theory, including its many uses in the physics of elementary particles and of condensed matter systems.

Non-local models: Little String Theories, Non-Commutative Field Theories.

Whatever else looks interesting...

More detailed information can be found in my list of publications

Recently I am trying to compile a list of what every student should know, suggestions welcome.
