Relevant Activities

Curriculum Committee (2006-present): Attended regular meetings to discuss proposed changes to the curriculum in the Physics & Astronomy dept. at UBC.

Local Organizing Committee (2007): I was a member of the LOC for a small workshop on weak lensing and photometric redshifts at UBC.

Open House Committee (2006): I chaired a committee in charge of organising educational content and physics outreach material as part of a departmental open house at UBC which helped promote science to over 1000 members of the general public.

Teaching Assistant (2004-present): I have run tutorial sessions for several undergraduate astronomy classes, as well as labs for several undergraduate physics classes.
